30 day Beyond conventional agreements

summarized conditional contract:

  • Respond to all qualified leads within 24 hours

  • Post their new website link in their IG bio

  • Make 1 post promoting their booking link per week

  • Give you correct pricing + service details

  • Have an active phone number + IG account

  • Approve the website within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide any missing photo

  • client must provide portfolio and information.

The client must submit ALL required business info (logo, hours, service areas, phone, emails, images, offers, etc.) within 30 days of onboarding.
No exceptions. before client pays the total amount client must agree to our conditional agreement

 


 Full 7-Day Build Window (No Interruptions)

Client must allow the full build period without:

  • delays

  • lack of communication

  • last-minute changes

  • new requests

  • system edits

  • pausing the project

Any interruption = guarantee void.


Client Must Respond to AI Prompts & Instructions

Client must:

  • respond to AI notifications

  • follow the AI qualification steps

  • approve scripts

  • approve follow-up messages

  • respond when asked for clarification

If the client ignores messages → guarantee void.


Client Must Show Proof of System Failure

To qualify, the client must submit:

  • screenshots

  • conversation logs

  • evidence the system malfunctioned
    AND

  • proof the issue came from your build, not from their lack of activity or leads.

No proof = no refund.


72-Hour Fix Grace Period

If the client reports an issue:
You must be given 72 hours to fix it.


Client Must Use the System EXACTLY as Provided

Refund is void if the client:

  • edits workflows

  • edits automations

  • turns off triggers

  • changes settings

  • modifies funnels

  • deletes steps

  • connects new software

  • ignores instructions

Any modification = guarantee void.


Client Must Attend the Onboarding + Training Session

If the client fails to attend OR watch the onboarding training, the guarantee is void.


All Invoices Must Be Paid on Time

If ANY payment is late or declined, the guarantee is void.


No Chargebacks or Disputes

If the client files a dispute or chargeback at ANY point, the guarantee becomes invalid immediately.


Client Must Use Recommended Software

If they refuse to use required tools (like GoHighLevel), or don’t connect their accounts properly, the guarantee is void.


Client Must NOT Expect Sales Results for Refund Eligibility

This is important:

The guarantee covers system performance,
NOT:

  • number of booked jobs

  • amount of revenue

  • number of inspections

  • the quality of their leads

If the system works, regardless of their business performance → guarantee void.


30-Day Max Refund Window

Clients have 30 days to request a guarantee.
After that — guarantee expires permanently.


Client Must Demonstrate Proper Use of the System

Client must submit:

  • proof they logged into the dashboard

  • proof they responded to leads

  • proof they handled their side

  • proof they checked notifications

No proof = guarantee void.

I MUST get your:

  • Business name

  • Industry

  • Address (optional but helpful)

  • Business hours

  • Short description of what You do


2. Branding Assets

i need these to build your landing page + funnel:

  • Logo (PNG preferably)

  • Brand colors (hex codes)

  • Any brand photos

  • Any existing website (if they have one)


3. Offer or Service Details

This is critical, because your landing page + chatbot need the right info.

You should ask for:

  • Their main service(s)

  • Prices

  • Packages


4. Contact & Communication Channels

You need access or info for:

  • Business phone number

  • Business email

  • Social media links

  • Where they want leads to go (SMS? Email? CRM only?)


5. Booking & Scheduling Information

If you’re automating appointments:

  • Appointment types

  • Duration of each appointment( how long does it usually take?)

  • Days they’re available

  • Any blackout dates

  • Rules (deposit, cancellation, etc.)


6. Scripts for Their Follow-ups (Optional but ideal)

You can also create these from scratch, but if they have:

  • Preferred tone

  • Specific instructions for inquiries

  • FAQs they constantly answer

  • Previous follow-ups they used

These help train the AI + workflows.


7. Access Permissions

  • Access to their domain if they want hosting on their site

  • Permission to manage their CRM

  • Access to integrations (Stripe, calendars, email senders)
